Program scope and credential
Nexus125 HR Partnership Program, LLC provides professional education for individual, employer-sponsored, online, webinar, onsite and hybrid participants. A Nexus125™ certificate or credential recognizes successful completion of a private training program. It is not a government license, academic degree, independent accreditation, employment guarantee or authority to provide legal or tax advice.
Tuition, fees and payment
Current published prices appear on the Training and Pricing page. Required digital materials, two standard assessment attempts, one guided remediation and one additional attempt are included in full-program tuition. No application or registration fee is charged. The accepted checkout, proposal or signed enrollment agreement controls the participant’s price.
Premium engagements may require a 50% deposit to reserve dates and begin planning. The remaining balance, scope, milestones, approved travel and due date will be stated in the written proposal or service agreement before work begins. Deposits and balances are subject to the cancellation terms applicable to the contracted instruction or services.
Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
A participant may cancel in writing through midnight of the third business day after signing the enrollment agreement and before instruction begins for a refund of all amounts paid. If Nexus125 rejects an applicant, cancels before instruction begins or cannot provide the contracted offering, all amounts paid for the affected offering will be refunded.
| Portion completed | Tuition earned | Refund |

For self-paced programs, completion is based on required modules and assessed activities completed. For live programs, it is based on scheduled instructional time elapsed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payer, ordinarily within 30 calendar days. A mandatory schedule more favorable to the participant supersedes this table. Submit withdrawal or cancellation notices to info@nexus125training.com.
Individual and employer-sponsored enrollment

- Participant substitutions requested before instruction begins may be approved without charge; later substitutions require written approval.
Employers can submit participant details through the secure-process guidance on the Team Roster page.
Attendance, progress and completion
Self-paced access is normally 90 calendar days, with one approved no-cost extension of up to 30 days for documented circumstances. Participants should complete at least 50% by day 45. Live webinar and classroom participants must attend at least 90% of scheduled instruction and complete required activities. Successful full-program completion requires all required modules and activities, required acknowledgments and a final examination score of 80% or higher.
Identity and examination integrity
Participants use unique credentials and complete assessments independently unless collaboration is expressly authorized. Nexus125 may verify identity before final assessment or credential release without routinely retaining a copy of identification. Impersonation, unauthorized assistance, answer-key use, distribution of assessment content, falsified attendance or manipulated platform records may result in remediation, invalidation, suspension, dismissal or credential revocation, subject to appeal.
Accessibility and accommodations
Request an accommodation by emailing info@nexus125training.com or calling (866) 413-8777. Describe the access barrier and requested adjustment; do not send unrelated medical records. Nexus125 will engage in an interactive review and ordinarily respond within ten business days.
Complaints and appeals
Send a written complaint or appeal to the Program Director at info@nexus125training.com. Include the relevant facts, dates, supporting documents and requested resolution. Nexus125 will ordinarily acknowledge a complaint within two business days and provide a written response within ten calendar days. Appeals of material adverse decisions should be submitted within ten calendar days of the decision. Good-faith complaints, appeals and accommodation requests are protected from retaliation.
Records and verification
Nexus125 maintains enrollment, attendance, progress, assessment, completion and payment records using reasonable safeguards. Participants may request an electronic transcript, completion verification or replacement credential by emailing the program. The first electronic record is included; additional electronic copies are $15 and printed copies are $25 plus actual expedited shipping when requested.
Program revisions, interruption and closure
Material program changes will be documented and communicated. If an offering is cancelled, Nexus125 will offer an equivalent rescheduled option, transfer or refund for affected unearned instruction. Participants will not be penalized for a school-caused interruption. If operations cease, Nexus125 will follow applicable notice, teach-out, refund and record-transfer requirements.
