Nexus125 HR Partnership Program, LLC, doing business as Nexus125™ (“Nexus125,” “we” or “us”), provides employee-benefits and compliance education, webinars and advisory services. This policy applies to nexus125training.com and services linked from it.

• Enrollment details: selected service, attendance, progress, assessment and certificate information.
• Transaction details: purchase, amount, payment status and transaction date.

Card information is entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout. Nexus125 does not receive or store complete card numbers or security codes.

We may share information as needed with Stripe; website, form, email, scheduling and learning-platform providers; instructors or contractors supporting your service; and an employer sponsoring your participation. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not knowingly sell personal information for monetary compensation.

We and our providers may use cookies or similar technologies for website functions, security, fraud prevention and performance. Your browser may allow you to reject or delete cookies.
